Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant whose primary focus is to foster trust and ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers directly.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through various communication channels to schedule appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Evaluate and acquire customer vehicles.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and expand the customer network.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with your Area Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record, free from major violations in the past three years.
- Background checks are mandatory.
- Annual Base Salary of $36,500 with additional commission opportunities. Stipend provided during training.
- Work-life balance with a 5-day workweek from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekends off.
- Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance) available after 90 days of full-time employment.
