Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Beck Toyota. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and providing product solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to become a vehicle authority
  • Perform high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new product information quickly and efficiently
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
