Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments for our customers, ordering parts needed, and collaborating with our service advisors and technicians to ensure that our customers' vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain the service appointment log
  • Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with customers
  • Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
  • Collaborate with service advisors to determine the estimated time of completion for each service job
  • Ensure that all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Resolve any customer concerns or issues related to service appointments
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology and service processes is a plus
