Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to coordinate and schedule service appointments for our customers, order parts, and collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain the service appointment log
  • Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with customers
  • Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
  • Collaborate with service advisors to determine the estimated time of completion for each service job
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of required paperwork
  • Resolve any customer concerns or issues related to service appointments
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology and service processes is a plus
