Job Summary


As an Asset Protection Specialist - Loss Prevention Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores, protecting company assets, and maintaining a safe work environment for our associates.



Key Responsibilities


Some of your key duties will include:



  • Investigating asset losses, including merchandise, cash, and property, to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Developing and monitoring shrink reduction strategies to minimize losses and protect company assets.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of assigned stores, including responding to incidents and participating in emergency response planning.
  • Maintaining accurate records of investigations, incidents, and loss prevention activities, as well as producing detailed reports for management.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • A minimum of one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, or a related field, preferably in loss prevention or asset protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clear, concise reports and maintain confidentiality.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math, reading, and writing.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year


Base salary may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
