Position Overview We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Construction Project Leader to become a vital part of our dynamic Construction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the construction field, particularly with commercial endeavors, and will have a successful history of managing project finances. Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a valuable asset. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to elevate their career and contribute significantly to our organization's success. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  2. Create and oversee detailed project plans, including resource distribution, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  3. Direct and coordinate construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project specifications.
  4. Evaluate and approve project designs and plans, ensuring compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
  5. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are achieved and expectations are effectively managed.
  6. Regularly monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  7. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
  8. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, team members, or stakeholders promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, focusing on commercial projects.
  3. Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
  4. Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
  5. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  7. Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  8. Proficient in project management software.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  10. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
