Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading field crews to successfully complete projects on time and within budget. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members and the quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead underground crews on various size projects, ensuring successful project execution and safety protocols are followed.
  • Organize materials, equipment, and labor to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Update project prints and manage billing processes.
  • Communicate job status with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews and report any incidents or near-misses.
  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of a project, including site surveys, estimates, and quality assurance.
  • Evaluate team member performance and develop plans for growth and development.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous utility construction leadership experience is required.
  • Experience in change orders and unit price schedules is essential.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-built prints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Travel may be required based on project location.
