Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:
HealthEdge is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to develop and maintain our software applications on the Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure cloud technologies, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for multiple projects
Design and implement pipelines for Infrastructure-as-Code deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment of software on Azure
Automate Application tasks using scripting and configuration tools such as Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Bash
Develop and optimize our Kubernetes Helm based deployments and help expand our capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to application deployments on Azure
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in software development, and or automation on Azure
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and a major CI/CD platform such as GitHub or GitLab
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash
Strong knowledge of Azure governance, management, and monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights
Knowledge of database administration and scaling techniques on Azure
Experience with agile development methodologies
Knowledge of software security principles and practices on Azure
