Senior Project Manager - Obsolescence Management

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee critical initiatives within a prominent financial institution. This position will primarily address Obsolescence Management and Asset Oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the obsolescence management protocols established by the IT division and its affiliates.
  • Evaluate and assess the obsolescence status of system components.
  • Track and implement necessary actions to mitigate obsolescence risks.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, subsidiaries, and IT departments.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication among business units, IT, sponsors, and executive management.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and financials.
  • Generate project documentation and reports as required.
  • Assess process efficiency and provide performance metrics.
  • Identify potential risks and address challenges proactively.
  • Organize governance meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and enhance existing operational processes.

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of renewal.
