Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Prime Therapeutics LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing and maintaining strategic business plans, and ensuring service level agreement performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business objectives and align company solutions to meet those objectives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a strategic business plan that reflects customer business objectives and company solutions.
  • Ensure service level agreement performance and own overall internal account satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers at various levels, involving internal company staff to maintain multiple connections and strengthen the overall relationship.
  • Develop strong internal relationships and contacts within the company to support customer service requirements.
  • Resolve or escalate customer service issues in conjunction with operations.
  • Provide mentoring to Account Support Specialists in effective problem-solving and servicing of the account.
  • Execute the customer governance process and build relationships and alliances with matrix partners.
  • Coordinate with the compliance department on regulations and their impact on customers.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrate contract understanding and detailed knowledge of business requirements.
  • Assist in the coordination with legal to ensure contract compliance.
  • Support the account management team in defining customer reports and ensuring coordination with the client.
  • Oversee the reporting calendar to ensure timely submission.
  • Analyze data and reporting, and support executive summary development.
  • Prepare and support presentations of customer reports with meaningful analytics, trending, and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Ensure all client reports have an executive summary and explanation of data.
  • Support the account management team in ensuring revenue goals are met, cost of care and administrative expenses are managed, and segment profit targets are achieved.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Cost of Care and implications internally and for the client.
  • Support the account management team in ensuring performance standards are measurable and realistic to achieve and/or exceed to avoid penalties.
  • Participate and support manager on all renewal activities.
  • Manage risks and develop opportunities associated with underwritten rates.
  • Analyze account benefits and apply knowledge to growth.
  • Support up-sell and renewal activities across assigned accounts.
  • Achieve objectives regarding the EAP re-seller agreement.
  • Support health plan with behavioral health retail sales.
  • Identify products and services that bring solutions to customers based on a thorough understanding of customer strategic business goals and business needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company products and how multiple products are interdependent within customer contract deliverables and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Account Management, Sales experience required.
  • Education: Combination of education and work experience may be considered, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: None required, but preferred.

What We Offer:

Prime Therapeutics LLC offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $78,390 based on experience and skills, with a potential 8% variation depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
