Key Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or marketing communications, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in life sciences or healthcare, with a focus on program execution.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with workflow systems.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively and lead multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and accountable approach to work.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $83,300.00 - $111,000. This role may also be eligible for a variable annual bonus based on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
