Role Responsibilities
The Marketing Program Manager plays a crucial role in the marketing landscape at Thermo Fisher Scientific. You will collaborate with a diverse team to design and implement marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic marketing support to key internal stakeholders, aligning with business goals to present comprehensive solutions that utilize Group Marketing resources.
- Defining program scope and ensuring that all milestones and objectives are achieved; effectively prioritizing tasks to deliver plans within established timelines and budgets.
- Translating program requirements into actionable results; developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Establishing clear success metrics, evaluating outcomes, and proposing enhancements for campaigns and channels.
- Working alongside various internal and external partners to produce the necessary assets for marketing strategies.
- Creating diverse marketing materials, including print and digital advertising, emails, trade show collateral, videos, and training resources.
- Delivering professional communications to ensure that team members and leadership are informed about project progress.
- Collaborating with teams to address challenges and resolve issues effectively.
- Providing insights on processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensuring that all marketing materials adhere to corporate branding and quality standards.
- Coordinating logistical aspects to support events and business initiatives.
Key Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or marketing communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within life sciences or healthcare sectors, either in an internal creative services role or within a creative agency.
- Proven experience in leading marketing program execution from strategic planning to tactical deployment.
- Familiarity with project management or workflow systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- A self-motivated and accountable approach to work.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $83,300.00-$111,000. Additionally, a variable annual bonus may be available based on performance metrics. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including:
