Job Title: Flexible Customer Service Associate

At Hertz, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Flexible Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with customers on their rental needs and provide personalized solutions to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Actively offer products and services to customers, overcoming objections and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Ensure that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support.
  • Shuttle customers to and from the rental location, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, fueling, and refilling fluids.
Qualifications:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines.
