Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining store displays
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
