Your Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Public Library/K-12 Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong business relationships, and generating new business opportunities in the Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retain existing revenue and develop new opportunities to achieve established sales growth and renewal quotas.
  • Meet or exceed target for in-person visits with potential customers (36 per month) and provide balanced sales coverage of accounts in the territory.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Account Executive, and product specialists to achieve sales goals.
  • Travel (50% or more) to attend conferences, sales meetings, and visit customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of true outside sales experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, calendar management, and experience with Office software and CRM account management tools.
  • Previous travel experience and ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
  • Previous experience selling into K-12 schools and public library markets is preferred.

We provide a competitive salary of $85,000 to $121,680 per year, based on experience, as well as a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plan, paid parental leave, holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
