An HCM Field Sales Representative is a key player in our team, responsible for selling our award-winning technology and services to new customers. Working closely with insurance brokers and other centers of influence, you will leverage referrals and lead-generated business to drive sales growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads to generate new sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with outside customers to foster repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly quota objectives while consistently delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of SAAS sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience in HCM sales is a must, with a solid understanding of our solutions and their applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse business roles and personalities
