Key Responsibilities:


Act as the primary liaison for external developers, overseeing the creation of project timelines, submission schedules, and comprehensive development plans. Ensure ongoing management and oversight throughout the entire product lifecycle.

This position will oversee multiple external game development partners simultaneously.
Assess and review game builds and milestones across various stages including design, creative development, and production.

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the design scope and overall quality objectives.

Adopt a long-term perspective and take ownership of game development, considering sequels, localizations, and product line expansions.

Foster relationships with external development and publishing teams to meet production and publishing goals, facilitating effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Address complex product challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, identifying risks early and removing obstacles as necessary.

Motivate and empower development teams, guiding them towards continuous improvement and sharing insights with the organization.

Serve as an internal advocate for the product by crafting and presenting compelling product pitches to various audiences, ensuring visibility into milestones and challenges.

Ensure all teams have access to essential product information for successful game launches.
Work collaboratively to cultivate a positive team culture that is communicative, transparent, motivated, and focused on achievable goals.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in game development or product management (social, F2P, mobile, web, console, handheld)
5+ years of experience as a Producer in the gaming sector
2+ years of experience in publishing
Proven ability to collaborate with and manage external development teams
Strong understanding of production processes and the common challenges faced by teams, along with tailored solutions.

Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with successful outcomes in quality, schedule, and balancing scope, capacity, budget, risk, and time.

Experience managing a team of 10+ developers (including programmers, artists, animators, designers, testers)
Experience with licensed games is a plus
Exceptional project management skills - Proficient in Agile methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Our compensation structure is based solely on an annual salary; we do not offer bonuses. You have the flexibility to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options each year.

To determine your competitive compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience.

The salary range for this role is competitive.
