Job Title: Regional Account ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at Tru-Scapes Lighting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales growth in the outdoor living and lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to various audiences, ensuring our solutions meet their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and deepen relationships with our current customer base, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our products and networking with industry professionals.
  • Visual Merchandising: Creatively manage and arrange product displays to explore innovative product placement opportunities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite effectively to manage accounts and sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
