**Construction Administrator Position at RKAA Architects**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team at RKAA Architects, Inc. This role is ideal for individuals with construction industry experience and a strong understanding of building codes, standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform construction administration duties while RKAA's projects are under construction

• Conduct quality assurance/quality control review of construction documents during and after project completion

• Conduct regular on-site construction observation and document the construction process with images, etc.

• Review and respond to all RFI's, shop drawings, and submittals for your projects

• Review and approve payment applications

• Perform a punch list and write up findings for each project at the end of the construction timeline

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional architectural/construction work experience

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and procedures

• In-depth knowledge of building construction and multiple construction methods
