Project Manager

At Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and execute construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenses and managing budgets.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including project team members, customers, and senior management.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, including experience in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
