Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review submittals, write and track RFI's and process change orders related to concrete.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting agendas and minutes, and maintain construction drawings.
  • Assist with change order pricing, provide marketing assistance as required, and assist Concrete Project Manager and Superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration.
  • Layout and/or quality control, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in various web-based construction management software such as Procore.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 to 5 years of related experience working on commercial construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of established construction with a strong emphasis on concrete technologies, application, and performance.

Working Conditions:

The employee is also required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions.

Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and electrical equipment.
