Client Relations Associate

This role is vital for the effectiveness of our retail operations.
The Customer Service Specialist engages closely with both wholesale and retail clients to assess their requirements, respond to inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest suitable solutions.
Additionally, Customer Service Specialists are responsible for swiftly addressing any customer issues to ensure optimal client satisfaction, while also keeping abreast of product features and upholding the high quality and visual standards of our offerings.
They are expected to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales objectives.
Part-Time Role:

Application Process:
Step 1 – Online Application:

Step 2 – Digital Interview:
Upon reviewing your application, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue, our interview partner. This interview will consist of several behavioral-based questions. You can record and complete your video interview at your convenience, but we request that this step be finalized within 7 days of receiving an invitation.
Step 3 – In-Store Interview:
Your video interview will be assessed by a member of our Recruitment team, and top candidates will be invited to meet with our team in a store or other relevant facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products as required to meet customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and set up displays.
- Clean store equipment and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition.
- Stay informed about products offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Hold at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending Spanish is a plus.
