Job Description

Job Title: Sales Associate II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate II to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and lift up to 25 pounds.
