Position Overview:

The Customer Advocate plays a crucial role as one of the initial points of contact for our clients. This dynamic and organized professional is responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing administrative duties, scheduling appointments, processing work orders, and handling invoicing. You will also greet clients in person and respond to inbound communications, ensuring a memorable experience with every interaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients in-store and efficiently address their concerns, often employing creative solutions.
  • Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and faxes related to service inquiries, pricing, warranties, and scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth operations by confirming and completing work order details, including insurance verification and additional parts.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing work orders, and overseeing credit memos and rebills.
  • Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
