About the Position:

Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and recommending suitable products, services, and digital solutions to help customers achieve financial success.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with experience managing complex transactions across various systems.
  • Proven ability to engage proactively with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Capability to educate customers about technology and the benefits of mobile banking.
  • Ability to assist customers in achieving financial success by connecting them with additional team members as needed.
  • Experience collaborating with a team to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in developing and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Skill in building effective partnerships with internal colleagues.
  • Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take appropriate preventive measures.
  • Professional and ethical interaction with customers and team members.
  • Expertise in sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Support customers and team members in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
Job Expectations:
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include Saturdays.
  • Responsible for maintaining cash drawer accuracy and handling cash transactions while completing service-related tasks as needed.
  • This position requires SAFE registration upon employment, with the registration process initiated immediately after your start date.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
