About the Role

This position is responsible for advancing and maintaining referral relationships and referral flow in their assigned territory. Key referral sources include targeted Specialty MD Clinics, hospital outpatient infusion suites, payor care managers, and targeted specialty infusion therapy industry representatives.

The Providence Specialty Infusion Drug Account Executive works closely with assigned pharmacy specialty drug intake teams and is the interface between pharmacy operations and referring providers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to referral sources and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in life science, sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience for every one year of college in life science, sales, marketing, or post-acute liaison role.
  • Current State Driver's license upon hire.
  • Automobile Insurance upon hire.
  • Five or more years of sales territory management experience.
