Business Development Manager

As a Loan Officer with Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC, you will have the freedom to run your business on a P&L basis, with uncapped commissions and access to a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. You will also have the option to add additional Loan Officers to your team or work as an individual.
Our company is licensed in 28 states and growing, with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We offer administrative, operational, and compliance support to ensure your success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, and other key stakeholders. You will also need to maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes and have a history of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
Key requirements for this position include an active NMLS/MLO license, strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
