Key Responsibilities- Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure they derive maximum value from our library software solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our range of products and services, working closely with Sales and other internal partners to drive growth and expansion.
- Operational Oversight: Provide governance and operational oversight, ensuring effective internal working relationships and coordination with geographically distributed virtual matrix teams.
- Regular Business Reviews: Collaborate with Sales and other internal partners to deliver regular reviews of progress against documented goals, priorities, and success criteria to key customer operational contacts and decision-makers.
- Customer Success Mission: Assist Customer Success leadership by identifying, leading, and reporting on key initiatives to further the mission and expansion of Customer Success within Clarivate.
- Experience: 5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or similar experience managing customer relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required; or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, industry and product knowledge, and ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization.
- Technical Skills: Experience with library software solutions from Ex Libris, such as Alma, PrimoVE, or Leganto, and ability to use a Customer Success software platform.
