Administrative Coordinator for Sustainable Operations

About the Role
The Facility Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties for our specified location. This fast-paced role involves numerous tasks requiring advanced organization and prioritization skills. The successful candidate will have excellent discernment for exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive matters and tasks.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional individual to support our billing department by assisting with invoices and receipts. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with our timekeeping system, resolving issues, and welcoming new hires. They will also gather and provide metrics to our Facility Manager and other management team members, communicate corporate, regional, and facility announcements, prepare and scan documents, and process department purchases and create purchase and procurement orders.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma/GED, minimum 1-year experience in an administrative role, proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative. Experience in the waste or recycling industry is preferred.
