Primary Responsibilities:

Support for Customer Teams
  • Assist customer teams in analyzing the competitive environment, identifying trends and performance drivers related to promotions, innovations, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with customer leads and the Director of Revenue Growth Management to develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Facilitate the creation of monthly and annual volume forecasts and promotional calendars.
  • Enhance the sell-in and line review processes by preparing volume and financial scenarios, product profit and loss statements, and supporting the development of presentation materials.
  • Examine weekly order data and work alongside supply teams to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting for customers on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
Revenue and Trade Management
  • Establish and uphold pricing and trade strategies across various customers and product lines.
  • Refine pricing models to boost revenue and enhance profitability.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
  • Analyze pricing information to derive insights and formulate data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate the success of promotional efforts and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize return on investment.
  • Assist the sales team during annual and semi-annual negotiations by providing analytical support and strategic recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Participate in semi-annual market pricing evaluations to pinpoint opportunities and implement necessary price adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure budget compliance and support the formulation of corrective actions when necessary.
  • Contribute to the accurate development of customer profit and loss statements by ensuring proper allocation of gross to net.
  • Oversee and maintain trade management tools, systems, and applications.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Planning, Operations, or a related field.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of profit and loss dynamics and key revenue growth management levers.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence systems such as IRI, Circana, and PowerBI.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create compelling sell-in materials.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
