Position Overview

PNC, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client and Advisor Experience Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless account opening experiences for PNC Financial Advisors.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance, problem resolution, and testing of account opening processes to ensure full operational readiness.
  • Build and maintain relationships across stakeholders, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support for new tools and capabilities.
  • Define business requirements through PNCI and industry expertise, driving business growth and innovation.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working with digital solutions and a strong understanding of client needs.
  • Knowledge and expertise in investments, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficient in technology solutions and strategic thinking, with a ability to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Familiarity with investment technology and solutions, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • University/college degree, with higher education such as a Master's degree or certifications desirable.
  • At least 8 years of industry experience, with 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Strong business acumen, with a ability to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a ability to build and maintain relationships across stakeholders, partners, and third-party vendors.
