About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M365 Engineer to join our team at Ascendum Solutions. As a Senior M365 Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering custom Microsoft Power Platform Solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead clients as a trusted partner and act as a technical lead, focusing on delivering custom Microsoft Power Platform Solutions.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver services and solutions for clients using the suite of Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint Modern, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, AI Builder, Microsoft Viva, Co-Pilot, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Azure DevOps, and Dynamics CRM.
  • Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate application design and planning with other Packaged Software team members.
  • Business Analysis: Work on various projects for our customers, including Canvas applications, Model driven applications, Power Page portals, and more.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.
  • Change Management: Knowledge of change management and use of Azure DevOps for Power Platform.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of Information Technology Consulting Experience and at least 3 years working in Microsoft 365 in an administrative capacity.
  • Power Platform Experience: At least 3 Years of Power Platform experience building both canvas and model driven applications.
  • Certifications: Possess any of the following Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform Developer Associate, Teamwork Administrator Associate.
