Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor, Client Partnership to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining key client relationships, developing and executing client initiatives, and overseeing general account and client service activities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior brand and marketing managers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives.
- Client Initiative Development: Lead the development and execution of client initiatives, including brand strategy, integrated campaign development, and activation/media planning.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of high-quality client materials and presentations, ensuring timely and profitable execution of client projects.
- Financial Management: Manage client budgets, track revenue, and prepare financial reports to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Media Experience: 2-5 years of media experience, with knowledge across traditional, digital, organic social, and retail media.
- Agency Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, integrated campaign development, and activation/media planning.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to multitask, manage pressure situations, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Effective Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise communications that convey a deep understanding of client needs.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all client communications and project deliverables.
- Situational Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting strategies based on changing market conditions.
