We are seeking a Supervisor of Client Partnerships with media expertise who will be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, developing and executing client initiatives, overseeing general account and client service activities, and introducing innovative thinking to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the client's business while keeping the team updated on goals, objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Manage a variety of client initiatives, including brand strategy and integrated campaign development across digital, social, and traditional advertising, as well as activation/media planning.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality client materials and presentations that align with clients' marketing objectives while maintaining agency profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior brand and marketing managers.
  • Lead essential client meetings, including presentations, briefings, strategy sessions, and cross-agency partner meetings.
  • Demonstrate the ability to strategically connect strategy, creativity, activation, and analytics on behalf of clients.
  • Understand the financial landscape, including drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), budget tracking, invoicing, revenue projections, and financial reporting related to client accounts.

  • Effective Communication: Developing and delivering multi-faceted communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of diverse audiences, both orally and in writing.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish rapport with individuals from various demographics.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all client communications and project deliverables, including media plans, placements, and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on evolving market conditions.
  • Complexity Management: Ability to make sense of complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively resolve issues.

Requirements
  • Media Expertise: 2-5 years of media experience, either leading planning or hands-on, with knowledge across traditional, digital, organic social, and retail media.
  • Agency Background: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including brand strategy, integrated campaign development across digital, social, and traditional advertising, and activation/media planning.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.

This position reports to a Director of Client Partnerships.
