Position Overview:

The Client Solutions Executive at Blue & Co. plays a crucial role that integrates technical expertise with commercial insight to effectively meet the needs of our clients and the marketplace. This position is responsible for creating an exceptional experience through the services provided, comprehending client requirements, and defining specific business objectives while overseeing the complete sales and operational process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify lucrative opportunities for all Blue & Co. products and services, aiding in the expansion of the new business pipeline and increasing revenue streams.
  • Gain an understanding of the client's purchasing and decision-making frameworks, offering guidance to the Blue & Co. team for effectively navigating these frameworks.
  • Present new service and product sales opportunities from Blue & Co. that align with the client's goals, collaborating with leadership and sales teams to finalize agreements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for senior executives of clients, nurturing a business relationship that encompasses both technical and commercial support.
  • Meet established benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful identification, engagement, and onboarding of potential leads into Blue & Co.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of Blue & Co. services and the potential business outcomes to partner organizations and their personnel, illustrating how our solutions can yield benefits for them and their clients.
  • Build and lead a network of support within Blue & Co. and among clients, ensuring effective collaboration and ownership of opportunities.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels within Blue & Co. and the client's organization, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of IT service delivery and its implications on budgets, resources, and organizational operations.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for clients during and after the sale, facilitating smooth integration into Blue & Co.'s services and maximizing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Set and meet client expectations appropriately, entering opportunity details into Blue & Co. systems as necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to Blue & Co. leadership regarding the business health of clients and market insights.
  • Proactively identify, define, report, and resolve client concerns, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of Blue & Co.'s offerings.

  • Possess a foundational understanding of IT solutions and a desire to deepen this knowledge, with the ability to connect technology's value to a client's business objectives.
