We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate to support our clients in complex real estate transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of real estate transactions, from due diligence to closing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Represent sophisticated owners and operators in various capacities, providing expert advice on real estate law.
  • Review and comment on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with our team members and engage professionally with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, with recent experience at an AM Law 100 firm highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
