About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions, including developers, landowners, and investors.
  • Focus on real estate acquisition and disposition, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, development and management agreements, and government incentive programs and affordable housing.
  • Collaborate with attorneys in Nixon Peabody's Affordable Housing practice to provide future-focused solutions for clients.
Requirements

We are looking for an associate with:

  • Experience working on commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions.
  • Stellar academic credentials and superb communication and writing skills.
  • A commitment to excellence and a passion for economic and community development and affordable housing.
About Nixon Peabody

Nixon Peabody is a leading law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We offer a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $275,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. This role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications.
