Business Development Manager

Invictus Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, relationship-building, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business leads, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and mentor regional sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new sales leads.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Provide regular sales reports to senior management and present proposals for national accounts.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales, with a strong background in leadership and production roles. Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic planning and sales execution.
