Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle to attract and secure top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Source candidates from various channels, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage interview scheduling to streamline the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and community organizations to build a pipeline of emerging talent, fostering a strong employer brand.
  • Oversee and improve the company's college internship program, providing a valuable learning experience for students and interns.
  • Coordinate all pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that sets the tone for their career at LHH.
  • Utilize HR technology to enhance employee experience and streamline processes, including the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Handle administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records, managing the HRIS, and serving as the point of contact for internal communications and company updates.
  • Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law to ensure compliance and optimize HR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on full cycle recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Passionate about recruiting and discovering top talent, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
