Talent Acquisition Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, collaborating with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning solutions.
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent and creates a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local candidate sources, including associations, trade schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Travel up to 15% within the territory to attend job fairs, recruiting events, and meet with potential candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting executive-level positions, preferably in the construction trades.
  • Strong analytical and metric-oriented skills, with the ability to analyze internal and external data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant technologies.
  • Valid driver's license required.
