Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, collaborating with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning solutions.
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent and creates a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with local candidate sources, including associations, trade schools, colleges, and universities.
- Travel up to 15% within the territory to attend job fairs, recruiting events, and meet with potential candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or Construction Management.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting executive-level positions, preferably in the construction trades.
- Strong analytical and metric-oriented skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant technologies.
- Valid driver's license required.
