As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition consultants and recruiting functions for experienced registered nurse positions throughout Indiana University Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies and techniques for nursing-specific recruitment efforts
- Lead and manage comprehensive talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning strategies, campus recruiting, and candidate selection
- Partner with customers and leaders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies
- Conduct workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively
