Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead executive and high-impact role recruitment.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies and industry groups.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with all relevant employment laws.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with at least 3 years recruiting for senior or executive-level roles.
- Or 5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align recruitment with organizational goals.
- Expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior recruiters.
- Excellent relationship management with senior leaders and external partners.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills to develop innovative recruitment solutions.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple hiring initiatives.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment trends.
- Expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Technical proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and align recruitment with broader strategies.
- Ethical judgment and commitment to diversity and compliance.
- Customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
