Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, and verifying insurance and payment collection.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail-oriented
