Job Title: Business Management Associate

Gigabyte USA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure streamlined business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist the Business Associate Manager with operational issues, including communication with Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, and RMA teams.
  • Prepare and submit monthly internal proposals to headquarters with accurate data and numbers.
  • Update logs and reports to ensure accurate tracking of business performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are processed without error or delay.
  • Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Support the sales team in reaching quarterly business goals.
  • Maintain a healthy account balance with assigned accounts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in office operations or related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computer components and software applications.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Good written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems, and create and execute solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and affinity for numbers.
  • Mandarin Chinese-speaking is a plus.
