Administrative Coordinator

Neighborhood Health Association is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office operations, project management, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate events, and oversee project management tasks.
- Develop and maintain standard and electronic files and records according to organizational policy and regulatory requirements.
- Compose and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports using word processing and spreadsheet tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond timely to phone, mail, and electronic inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, public health, or related field desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Intermediate or advanced level proficiency in standard desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software tools.
- Ability to learn, interpret, and apply complex policies and procedures.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time position with a 20 hour per week schedule, Monday - Friday, daytime hours, no weekends, evenings, or holidays.
