Front Desk Representative

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless stay experience.
Responsibilities:- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Provide personalized service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest and maintain confidentiality of all guest information.
- Communicate effectively with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Omni's high standards.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
