About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to set objectives that drive business impact and maximize client value.
  • Develop a consultative approach to client business issues, leveraging industry knowledge and NielsenIQ solutions to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
  • Lead client presentations and drive strategic thought leadership, leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assets to drive business results.
  • Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partners.
  • Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring the value of NielsenIQ solutions is clearly understood and adopted.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the client's business and industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to client business objectives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
