In this role, you will be essential in supporting employees, employers, and brokers with the daily functions of our third-party administration services, while also contributing to the growth and evolution of our business processes. Your analytical and communication abilities will be vital in helping clients deepen their understanding of COBRA and pre-tax benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employers in the daily oversight of their pre-tax benefit programs, including managing contract implementations and renewals.
  • Facilitate implementation discussions for new employer partners to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and comprehension of our offerings.
  • Respond to inquiries from a diverse clientele, including employees (end-users), employers, and brokers, providing timely and effective support.
  • Educate employee participants on how to understand and leverage their benefits for maximum value.
  • Collaborate with the finance team by coordinating operational tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned, contributing to the ongoing enhancement and expansion of Alpine's services and operations.
