Your analytical and communication abilities will be essential in helping clients enhance their understanding of COBRA and pre-tax benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employers with the daily oversight of their pre-tax benefit programs, including managing contract implementations and renewals.
- Facilitate implementation meetings for new employer partners to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and comprehension of our offerings.
- Respond to inquiries from a diverse clientele, including employees, employers, and brokers, providing timely and effective support.
- Guide employee participants in understanding and utilizing their benefits to ensure they receive maximum value.
- Collaborate with the finance team by coordinating operational tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable to uphold financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage in additional special projects as assigned, contributing to the ongoing enhancement and expansion of our services and operations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $28.00 (Annualized: $58,240)

We are a third-party administrator focused on managing employee benefits and COBRA for small to mid-sized enterprises. As the exclusive third-party administrator for our sister company, we play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive Payroll/HR/Benefits system to employers across the nation.
