Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employers with the daily oversight of their pre-tax benefit programs, including managing contract implementations and renewals.
  • Facilitate implementation meetings for new employer partners to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and comprehension of our offerings.
  • Respond to inquiries from a diverse clientele, including employees, employers, and brokers, providing timely and effective support.
  • Guide employee participants in understanding and utilizing their benefits to ensure they receive maximum value.
  • Collaborate with the finance team by coordinating operational tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable to uphold financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage in additional special projects as assigned, contributing to the ongoing enhancement and expansion of our services and operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

We are a third-party administrator focused on managing employee benefits and COBRA for small to mid-sized enterprises. As the exclusive third-party administrator for our sister company, we play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive Payroll/HR/Benefits system to employers across the nation.
